Project Overview
MadeBy3am was hired by Bolton based property investment sourcer, MG Property Group to improve their brand identity and create a new website to showcase their investment opportunities. When MG Property Group came to us their logo and branding was outdated and in need of a refresh. We had a three week timeline to create the brand design, assets and a stunning web experience designed to educate potential investors and capture scheduled meetings.

Project Execution
The first objective we tackled was the branding refresh. With the redesign they wanted the logo to respond well with a modern audience and transfer well across social media channels. After working closely with them to perfect this, we moved on to designing the landing page. After collecting client reviews and previous investment opportunities, we designed a fully optimised landing page complete with conversion focused copywriting that guides visitors through the value MG Property Group provides and how to take advantage of the opportunities they offer.
